Direct Home Delivery

Do I need to be home to accept the delivery?
No! The delivery man will leave the box at your home, no signature required. The meat is packed with dry ice and/or gel packs, and will be at a safe temperature for several hours. Place in the freezer by the end of the day.
Can my order be delivered into a cooler on my porch?
We do not deliver into customers coolers.

All products are packed in insulated liners with stabilizing gel packs.

My delivery Area is no longer available?
How do I get my area reactivated?

You will need to provide with permission the names and email addresses of the people who you know who would order.

We will not active a new area unless it has a minimum of 5-10 orders in in the area. If the area was at one available and is no longer available this is why.

My Zip code is not available for Direct Home Delivery, But I am in the Delivery Area?
Please use the contact form on the bottom of this page to send us your zip code for review.

How do I get my area reactivated?

You will need to provide with permission the names and email addresses of the people who you know who would order.

I am outside of the delivery zone, how do I qualify to be added?
To qualify for your area being considered as a delivery zone the following would have to be met each month. This is for Texas and Louisianan residents only.

A minimum of $5,000 in monthly orders.

Order minimums are $135.00 so you would need 39 people to order each month to keep the delivery area active.

To submit your area for approval you will need to do the following:

Common Questions

Do you have an onsite farm store?
No, we do not. We only allow ranch pick-ups for events/ conference center guests.

No, we are not open to the public. The only exception is for an attending guest at our conference/event center on the property.

Do you sell half or whole cows?
No. We have conveniently set up boxes to make check out fast and efficient.
Do you sell by the lb or by the cut?
We do not sell per lb. This model is why the food industry is in the mess it is in. Bigger products with low to no nutritional value. Shortcuts and unbelievably terrible living environments for the animals. Each animal is unique and will vary in size. The season it was growing affects the size of the final product. “Real food” is not manufactured and is not perfect. The industry of “perfect” if that is what you’re looking for then we are not for you. We focus on the nutrition the food will provide and the value the animal brings to our land and our bodies. No tricks, no gimmicks, no false claims of how the animal was raised or processed.
Can I only buy eggs?
Orders cannot only contain eggs.

We do not do egg only orders.

Can I only buy canned goods?
The minimum for can good only orders is $200.00. As the packaging material is different and the boxes are extra heavy.
Do you allow Ranch pick-ups?
We not allow ranch pick-up’s.

Ordering Terms & Conditions One Time Box.

As long as the below store rules are followed you can build a box how you like.

  • Orders can not only contain eggs.
  • All orders need to meet the $150.00 dollar minimum
  • Any orders placed under the minimum dollar amount will be refunded and charged a $55.00 restocking fee.
  • Once an order is placed it is not editable and will not be canceled. At check out you have to agree to theses terms and conditions.
  • Orders placed after 7:00p.m. the day before delivery will not be delivered until the next delivery cycle. This information is always at the top of the storefront.
I have 1-Month Subscription and want to add more items to my order.

 The system is now set up to not allow any transaction to be processed under the $150.00 amount. If you have an existing order and are trying to place a second order under the $150.00, the system will not allow the transaction.

 

 

 

Can an Order be canceled or edited?

No, once an order is placed it can not edited, or altered in any way. When placing an order you are agreeing to the terms and condition. If you are no longer available for the delivery time frame, you will need to provide another delivery address to deliver the package to. The address must be in the current delivery zone. *We are not responsible for missing item, all orders are verified and audited via video surveillance tapes.

Can we order and pick-up at the ranch?
Events and Farm tours absolutely! For nonevents we offer Direct Home Delivery or Dallas Drop-Site. We do not have an onsite storefront.
