FAQ

Harvest Hills Ranch is located in Southeast Texas in the community of Hillister.

Our bulk beef will fit in a standalone upright or chest freezer. Typically a quarter and half beef will fit in a 7 cu ft space. Whole cow shares will require 13-15 cu ft. All bundles will generally fit in a standard freezer compartment of your home's refrigerator.

Our animals are raised with regenerative standards. The welfare of all of our animals is of the utmost importance to us. Our mission is to bring you nutrient-dense meats which means that we have to raise animals in their natural, low-stress environment. The casual demeanor displayed by our herd when we are around them is a reflection of the low-stress lifestyle they enjoy.

You will find the online ordering process similar to other online retailers. The cuts will be the standard cuts you are already familiar with. We have taken care of all processing steps so you don't have to.

We currently ship to Texas and all bordering states, including Louisiana, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Colorado and New Mexico.

Orders are shipped every Monday. Depending on your location, you should receive your order by Friday of the same week and likely sooner.
