For the Meatloaf:

2 lbs HHR Ancestral Blend

5 Tbsp. Italian seasoning

1/2 Tbsp. mustard powder

1 can tomato paste

½ finely diced onion

½ finely diced green bell pepper

2 Tbsp. raw apple cider vinegar

1 Tbsp. coconut flour

Tomato Sauce Topping

1 can organic tomato sauce

2 tbsp blackstrap molasses

3/4 tbsp mustard powder

1/2 tsp sea salt

pinch of black pepper

Slice your veggies into smaller pieces.

Prepared the Tomato Sauce Topping and set aside. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Combine seasoning ingredients in large bowl.

Add beef, bell pepper pieces and onion pieces; and mix. salt an pepper to your taste.

Bake meatloaf at 375 for 60 minutes.

Once the hour baking is completed

take out of the oven.

Take tomato sauce topping and bake or another 15 minutes. Add fresh parsley to the top as a garnish.
