Ingredients

1-Package HHR Grass finished Cubed Steak Tenderized.

1 cup cashew milk

1 Duck Egg (2 Chicken eggs)

3 Cups Pecan Flour

12 tbsp Arrowroot powder

1 tsp sea salt

1 tsp fresh ground peppercorn

1 tsp Dill weed

1 tsp Paprika

onion, garlic,chives seasoning to taste

Cream Gravy Sauce

1 cup Cashew Milk

12 tsp Arrow root powder

3/4 tsp Fresh ground pepper

1/2 tsp sea salt

1/2 tsp onion, garlic, and chive seasoning

Defrost Cubed steaks.

Prepared Cream Gravy Sauce Topping and set aside to thicken.

Cut cubed steaks into cubes or long strips.

Combine wet and dry bags seasoning ingredients.

1-Add cuts into wet ingredient bag.

2- Add soaked meat cuts into the dry ingredient bag . Only do 3-5 pieces at a time for proper coating.

*Add more flour if needed to your bag.

Cook in an air fryer 315 degrees- between 12-18minutes flip once.
