  1. Defrost Cubed steaks
    1. Prepared Cream Gravy Sauce Topping and set aside to thicken.
  2. Cut cubed steaks into cubes or long strips.
  3. Combine wet and dry bags seasoning ingredients.

    1-Add cuts into wet ingredient bag.

    2- Add soaked meat cuts into the dry ingredient bag . Only do 3-5 pieces at a time for proper coating.

    *Add more flour if needed to your bag.

  4. Cook in an air fryer 315 degrees- between 12-18minutes flip once.
